Thank you for choosing ToBeShore AB. Our Leave Management System is offered as a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product via Microsoft Azure Marketplace. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.
2. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period to allow users to fully evaluate the features and functionality of our system before subscribing.
No payment is required during the free trial.
Once the trial ends, users must subscribe through Azure Marketplace to continue using the service.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Refund requests must follow Microsoft Marketplace billing policies.

4. Refund Eligibility
We generally do not offer refunds for the following:
Partial usage of the service within a billing period
Subscription cancellations after the billing period has begun
Dissatisfaction due to misuse or lack of understanding of the platform features (users are encouraged to use the free trial for evaluation)
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Technical issues on our platform that prevent proper usage and are not resolved within a reasonable time
Duplicate charges or billing errors through Microsoft Marketplace
Unauthorized or fraudulent subscription activity
In such cases, please contact support@tobeshore.freshdesk.com with details. We will work with Microsoft to investigate the claim.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund inquiry:
- Email us at support@tobeshore.freshdesk.com with:
- Your Error ID/Message
- Date of charge
- Reason for the refund request
- Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days
- If approved, we will coordinate with Microsoft Marketplace to process the refund
6. Changes to This Policy
ToBeShore AB reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or within the platform.
